Improving customer service and satisfaction are high priorities for the Social Security Administration (SSA). According to an article by AL.com, that’s why the agency has made two recent changes that involve realignment of Social Security’s processing centers and expansion of its call center services.

“These changes reflect ongoing efforts to optimize operations, strengthen communication, and deliver timely, policy-compliant outcomes,” the SSA said in a statement. “This realignment merges similar workload responsibilities, streamlines decision-making, and enhances customer service across the agency.”

Another way to improve customer satisfaction would be to ensure Social Security recipients receive all the money they deserve.
