
There may not be a fountain of youth, but new research shows taking a daily multivitamin could slow down the aging process. According to a report by Fox News, a study by scientists at Mass General Brigham in Boston found that the biological aging of healthy adults with an average age of 70 who took a multivitamin every day for two years slowed down by about four months.
