Your retirement years are supposed to be spent relaxing, taking it easy, and enjoying all life has to offer. However, a survey done in 2020 shows that nearly half of seniors expect to work part-time during retirement.

On top of that, 18% of those surveyed expect to work full-time until after the age of 70, and 12% are planning on working for the rest of their lives.

Between inflation, rising expenses, and unexpected costs that pop up during retirement, it’s more essential than ever for you to receive the Social Security benefits you’re entitled to.

Your Money Should Not Be Kept From You

We’re working very hard at Council of Seniors to convince Congress to pass The SAVE Benefits Act. The Social Security cost of living adjustment (COLA) that you were promised while you paid into the fund wasn’t given to you over a period of years, and this bill will reimburse seniors $581, the sum of the missing COLAs.

We sincerely hope you’ll support our mission and help us show politicians that people are behind this bill by signing our petition.
