
A geriatrician, a doctor who specializes in aging, says there’s one thing her healthiest patients in their 70s, 80s, and 90s all have in common. She told The Today Show it’s not a specific diet or workout, but rather an approach to life. She says seniors need to avoid getting too comfortable if they want to age healthier.
She’s not saying you can’t enjoy a comfortable bed or couch, but that you need to continue to challenge your body and mind as you age, even if your body is starting to slow down.
